It's true. I let out a sigh on a weekly basis upon discovering that e.g. Eggo Waffles, Mountain Dew two-liters, or boxes of Kraft Macaroni & Cheese were on 'sale.' This shows that (a) the Mount Pleasant Meijer's stock team was horribly inefficient, and (b) my eating habits haven't really changed since I was 12.
I send Meijer a message every day via Twitter, and that message is posted here in a large font. Any partially relevant or tangential thoughts that exceed Twitter's 140-character limit are posted immediately thereafter, in a slightly smaller font.

Day 2
@meijer When I lived in Mt Pleasant, the sale stuff was never stocked. Ur weekly ad shoulda said 'good luck finding this stuff!' Right?
